Legal Disclaimer
All reservations will be confirmed by post or email, upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total rental cost which should be received within 5 working days. Complete payment for your stay should be received no later than 28 working days prior to your arrival.
If complete payment is not received 28 working days (4 weeks) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled.
A refundable deposit of £50 sterling (or E60 or LE 550) is required on arrival, payable to our administrator, which covers possible damage; breakages or heavy duty cleaning of the apartment. Upon departure, if the apartment is considered to be in reasonable condition, your deposit will be refunded.
Loss of apartment key or loss of pool cards is charged separately as follows:
Loss of Apartment Key : GBP 50 (E60; LE 550)
Loss of Pool Cards: GBP 60 (E70 or LE 650)
On the rare occasion when damage occurs, by negligence or a deliberate action taken by a Guest, which directly or indirectly causes loss to the apartment, the Guest agrees to indemnify such losses and that this forms part of the agreement at the time of booking. Losses include lost income, specialist expenses and the sourcing of alternative accommodation as necessary.
We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the apartment. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace and outside the apartment, although cigarette stubs should not be discarded outside. Also we do not allow pets in the apartment. In the event of a Guest(s) breaching either of the aforementioned policies, we will levy a charge for laundry and additional cleaning to the Guests final bill and any damage caused as a result. An approximate charge of £50 will be deducted from your deposit.
We reserve the right to decline any booking for any reason and will refund any monies paid.
Cancellation Policy
When a reservation is made, by telephone or by email and accepted, a contract exists between the Guest and the owners of Apartment 117/101. If for any reason the reservation is cancelled, in full or in part, a breach of contract exists. The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking on any grounds it feels are necessary and will honour no liability by doing so.
Any cancellation will incur the loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit as stated above.
Terms, Conditions, Contracts and Disputes are determined under English Law.
The latest check out time is 12.30 p.m. Unless an alternative check-out time has been arranged with the owner in advance, an extra charge will be incurred equivalent to the previous days rate.
Insurance Cover
During the rental period, the owner will not be liable for any accident that may occur in the apartment; theft of guests personal belongings or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. It is therefore strongly recommend that guests consider the merits of insurance cover which includes injury, theft, possible cancellation of holiday or compensation to owner due to negligence or deliberate action taken by the guest as mentioned above.
