Payment
Payment is required in GB Sterling (or equivalent in Euros on day of payment). This can be done by bank transfer payable to the owner direct.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 5 working days from date of reservation to secure the booking.
A refundable deposit of £50 sterling (equivalent in Euros/Egyption Pounds on day of check in) is required on arrival, payable to our administrator, which covers possible damage; breakages or heavy duty cleaning of the apartment. Upon departure, if the apartment is considered to be in reasonable condition, your deposit will be refunded.
Loss of apartment key or loss of pool cards is charged separately as follows:
Loss of Apartment Key : GBP 50 (equivalent in Euros/Egyption Pounds on day of check in)
Loss of Pool Cards: GBP 60 (equivalent in Euros/Egyption Pounds on day of check in)
The reservation is non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

Please Note:
The apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
Costs include:
- All bed-linen and towels (incl. pool cards for towels for the pools).
- Welcome Pack (Tea, Coffee, Water)
- Cleaning of apartment before arrival and on departure
- Water & Electricity
Not Included:
- Daily towel change and cleaning of the apartment. This can be arranged on arrival through the apartment administrator (costs to be met by the customer separately).
- Airport transfers can be arranged through the owner (costs to be met by the customer separately)
We operate a NON SMOKING policy in our apartment.
We DO NOT ALLOW PETS in the apartment.
